The Service Administrator collects information voluntarily provided by Customers of the Service/Online Store. Additionally, the Administrator may record connection parameters such as IP addresses for technical purposes related to server administration and for collecting general statistical demographic information (e.g., about the region from which the connection originates), as well as for security purposes.
Personal data collected by the Data Controller are processed in accordance with the provisions of the Act of August 29, 1997, on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 1997, No. 133, item 883, as amended) and the Act of July 18, 2002, on the Provision of Electronic Services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 144, item 1204, as amended) solely on the basis of authorization to process data and solely for the purpose of fulfilling an order placed by the Client, for archiving, or for services provided electronically by the Data Controller, and for other purposes specified in the Regulations.
The Administrator takes particular care to protect the privacy and information provided to him concerning the Users of the Online Service. The Administrator exercises due diligence in selecting and applying appropriate technical measures, including programmatic and organizational ones, ensuring the protection of processed data, in particular safeguarding data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, loss and destruction, unauthorized modification, as well as processing in violation of applicable law.
Given the voluntary nature of the Customer's provision of their personal data, they have the right to access their personal data, to rectify it, and they may also request the Administrator to delete the previously provided personal data from the data files kept by the Administrator, subject to the following sentence. The Administrator may refuse to delete the data if the Customer, through their conduct in the Service/Online Store to date, has violated the provisions of this document or the Regulations or applicable laws, and the retention of data is necessary to clarify these circumstances and establish the Customer's liability.
If the Customer's data changes, and the Customer registered in the Service/Online Store, the Customer can modify it after logging into the Service/Online Store.
In the event of a customer subscribing to the newsletter, the Administrator will send messages to the email address provided by the customer containing information about products and services available on the Website/Online Store, as well as information about organized contests and promotions.
The Administrator may entrust the processing of Customer personal data to third parties carrying out certain services, in particular the fulfillment of order delivery, payment processing, and customer satisfaction surveys on the Service/Online Store, i.e.:

COOKIE POLICY
When browsing the website/online store, “cookies” are used. These are small text files that are saved on the Customer's end device in connection with the use of the website/online store. Their purpose is to ensure the proper functioning of the website/online store.
The “cookies” used by the Administrator are safe for the Client's devices. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted or malicious software to enter the Client's devices through this channel. These files allow us to identify the software used by the Client and to customize the Service/Online Store individually for each Client. “Cookies” typically contain the name of the domain they originate from, the time they are stored on the device, and an assigned value.
The administrator uses two types of “cookies”:
- Session cookies: are stored on the device of the Client of the Service/Online Store and remain there until the end of the given browser session. The saved information is then permanently deleted from the memory of the Client's device of the Service/Online Store. The session cookie mechanism does not allow downloading any personal data or any confidential information from the Client's device of the Service/Online Store.,
- Persistent cookies: These are stored on the Client's device and remain there until deleted. Closing the browser session or turning off the device does not cause them to be deleted from the Client's device. The Client may independently change settings related to “cookies” at any time, defining the conditions for their storage and access by “cookies” to the Client's device. The Client can make the changes to the settings referred to in the preceding sentence using the web browser's settings or by configuring the service. These settings can be changed in particular to block the automatic handling of “cookies” in the web browser's settings or to inform about each placement of “cookies” on the Client's device. The client can delete “cookies” at any time using the available functions in the web browser they are using:
